1. Return Eligibility

We offer a 7-Day Return Policy from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition.

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and tags included.

  • The item must not show signs of misuse, damage, or alteration by the customer.

  • A valid order number or proof of purchase is required.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To process your request, please provide:

  • Order Number

  • Photos or videos of the product

  • Description of the issue

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.

  • Products returned without original packaging.

  • Items purchased during special clearance or final sale promotions.

  • Products showing signs of wear, usage, or modification.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

  • The refund will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:

  • Refunds will be processed through Bank Transfer or UPI after verification.

  • Customers may be required to provide valid bank account or UPI details.

5. Replacement Policy

If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, depending on product availability.

Replacement requests are subject to verification by our support team.

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

7. Shipping Charges

  • If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, SIPZO will bear the return shipping cost.

  • For all other approved returns, shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount.
